Houston High School Football: Friday Scores And Saturday Games

It's week 4. Find out if your team won or lost and see who plays on Saturday.

HOUSTON TX β€”Week four of the Texas High School football season is nearly in the books and there are a number of games still on tap for Saturday. At 1 p.m. today the Alvin Yellow Jackets take on the Mayde Creek Rams in Katy.

Later games today include Kashmere hosting Wheatley, Katy playing at Clear Springs, Conroe at Klein Oak, and Cy-Fair Memorial. Those games all kick off at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m., Pasadena Dobie will host Summer Creek, while NYOS Charter TBD plays the HCYA Chargers.

There's been plenty of action this week, with several big games on started Thursday. In Cy-Fair, the Langham Creek Lobos fell in a close one to Cy-Woods 41-39, and Morton Ranch lost to the Houston MSTC Tigers 38-0.

In other Thursday nigh action the South Houston Trojans rolled to a 47-7 over the Humble Wildcats, and the Seven Lakes Spartans defeated the Heights Bulldogs 30-13.

There were some wild games on Friday night too. Cy-Falls rolled to a 55-0 victory over Northbrook, while Cinco Ranch fell in a close one to Cedar Park 14-13. The formerly undefeated College Park Cavs fell to the Woodlands Highlanders 24-17 and the Willowridge Eagles won at home, defeating Waltrip 51-21.

In other action, Clear Falls defeated Bellaire 69-46, Kinkaid defeated St. Marks 478-14, and Pasadena Memorial rolled to a big win against cross-town rival Pasadena 41-7.
