Arrest in broad daylight murder in Cleburne County

{} The Cleburne County Sheriff Department is working a lead in a brazen murder that took place Monday afternoon.{} Joseph Thorson, the owner of the Cheaha Country store, was shot dead in the hold up.

{}Tuesday,The Cleburne County Sheriff's Department{}got a{}lead that led to the arrest of Christopher Ray Roberts, 26 years old, of Delta, Alabama and Dyna Marie Strickland, 30 years old, of Fruithurst, Alabama.{} They are both being held and charged with capital murder in the Cleburne County Jail.{}{}{} {}{}

Investigators say the two confessed to the crime.
