ACC San Gabriel campus in Leander to reopen after gas leak repaired

10:10 a.m. update: Austin Community College said its San Gabriel campus in Leander will reopen at 10:30 a.m. Thursday after the repair of a gas leak.

"All classes and activities scheduled before 10:30 a.m. are canceled," the school said in a statement.

Earlier: Austin Community College said its San Gabriel campus in Leander has been temporarily closed Thursday as work crews investigate a possible gas leak.

Some morning classes and activities at the 100-acre campus off Mel Mathis Boulevard were canceled, ACC said on its website.

"All other campuses remain open on a regular schedule," the school said. "Updates will be posted on the ACC homepage, Facebook, and Twitter."
