Halloween is almost here! We've rounded up all the fun Halloween events and trunk or treating taking place in the Corpus Christi area this weekend for kids and kids-at-heart. Want to list your event? Send an email to calendars@caller.com with the information.

FAMILY FRIENDLY HALLOWEEN EVENTS IN CORPUS CHRISTI

Fall Spirit Fair at Unitarian Universalist Church of Corpus Christi

Unitarian Universalist Church presents a Fall Spirit Fair from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 at 6901 Holly Road. Celebrate the spiritual diversity of the season and our community with activities including ritual, drum circle, performances, games, crafts, vendors, and more. All are welcome at this public event. 2021 Dia De Los Muertos Ofrenda display

The 2021 Dia De Los Muertos - Walk of Remembrance Ofrenda Display will be open Oct. 28-Nov. 5 at the Ritz Theater, 715 N. Chaparral St. Hours are 6-9 p.m. Fridays, 3-9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and 6-8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday (closed Wednesday and Thursday). The public is invited to bring photos of loved ones to add to the community altar. Photos will be saved and used year after year. Spooky Movie Night at Rialto Theater

Aransas Pass’s Rialto Theater presents a Double Feature Movie Night at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 at 327 S. Commercial St., Aransas Pass. Halloween Magic Show at Comics Live Southside

Robby Bennett’s Halloween Magic Show starts at 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 and Saturday, Oct. 30 at Comics Live Southside, inside Sal’s Bronx Pizza, 5922 Yorktown Blvd., Suite 106. This Halloween magic show is suitable for all ages and features Robby Bennett who has been bringing quality entertainment to theaters, corporate events, trade shows, televisions, and bar mitzvahs for more than 20 years. Costumed kids get in half-price at Boo-tanical Gardens

The South Texas Botanical Gardens and Nature Center will offer half-price admission for kids ages 3-12 who are dressed in costumes from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 31 at 8545 S. Staples St. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Catch Rep-Tales at 10:30 a.m., Parrot Talk at 1:30 p.m., join the kids costume parade at 2 p.m. followed by the costume contest at 2:15 p.m. Hay rides will be available from 3:30-5 p.m. (weather permitting). Shoreline Blvd. These family-friendly days will feature spooky décor throughout the Aquarium, fun photo backgrounds, special unscheduled animal encounters, divers in costumes, a virtual costume contest, and candy. The Great Pumpkin Giveaway

Hot Z95, Rock 92/7, and 1440 KEYS present The Great Pumpkin Giveaway from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30 at parking lots between Hurricane Alley and Brewster Street Ice House, N. Tancahua St. between Brewster St. and E. Port Ave. They will give away 500 pumpkins, plus there will be a costume contest, 20+ vendors, other giveaways, and so much more.
