Lil Scrappy and Bambi may be moving forward with their new home and new engagement but the rapper still has some old loose ends to tie up before starting again. The Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star is being evicted from his DeKalb County rental home.

According to Bossip, Scrappy, born Darryl Richardson, hasn’t paid rent on his five bedroom, four bathroom house in some time now and the Williams Property Group is sick of it.

The house is worth roughly $400,000—it’s a nice crib.

Back in November 2015, the company filed an eviction suit, to which the Grustle Gang CEO never responded. So last month, they filed for a writ of possession and the judge signed off on it. Bottom line? Scrappy’s things will be out on the street momentarily.

Apparently, Scrappy has some sort of aversion to paying for a roof over his dome. In January 2015, the Williams Property Group applied for an eviction suit but apparently it was settled because there aren’t any documented results.

Back in 2010, Scrappy lost his home to foreclosure because he wasn’t paying the mortgage.

We’re wondering what Lil Scrappy is doing with those reality show checks. Seriously.

Peep the order on the flip.
