Seahawks add lineman to replace Okung

The Seattle Seahawks have replaced injured Pro Bowl left tackle Russell Okung by signing offensive lineman Caylin Hauptmann off the Cleveland Browns' practice squad, according to several reports Saturday.

Hauptmann, a rookie who played at Florida International University, first indicated the move on his Twitter page.

He reportedly will join the team Monday, taking the roster spot of Okung, who was placed on temporary injured reserve with a toe injury on Friday.

Paul McQuistan will start at left tackle in place of Okung, who is expected to miss at least eight weeks.

The Seahawks also released wide receiver Bryan Walters off their practice squad Saturday.
