Dario Alvarado III, 35 years, died unexpectedly on May 10, 2018. He was born September 21, 1982, in Toppenish, Washington, the son of Norma Esqueda and Dario Alvarado.

Dario was best described as having a huge heart, a great personality and an incredible sense of humor. He was at his best when he was around his friends and family. He enjoyed working on classic cars, cooking for family and friends and looking out for loved ones. You could see him laughing and joking around while cooking on the grill with his family and friends at any given time. He was a kind and giving man who always willing to lend a hand when help was needed.

Dario is survived by his mother, Norma Esqueda; father, Dario Alvarado II; one sister, Melissa Jenkins of Gresham; one brother, Adrian Alvarado of Tacoma; eldest son, Krystian of Toppenish; eldest daughter, Leilani of Selah; son, Davian of Selah; youngest son, Jayden of Sunnyside and youngest daughter, Lexie of Wapato; and many beloved cousins, friends and family members.

Service of remembrance will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, May 17, 2018, at the Zillah Catholic Church, 704 Schooley Road, Zillah Wa., 98953. A Viewing will be held on May 17, 2018, at Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, 607 2nd Ave., Zillah, Wa. 98953 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm and on May 18, 2018 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm. The burial will be at the Zillah Cemetery at 2:30 pm. The reception will be on May 18. 2018 from 1:00-5:00 pm at the Zillah Civic Center, 119 1st Ave., Zillah, Wa. 98953.
