‘American Pickers’ will explore Indiana in June
History Channel series seeks leads on antiques, collectibles
Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz have yet to uncover every antique in Indiana.
The “American Pickers” stars have visited the Hoosier state to hunt for vintage collectible for three consecutive years, and they're coming back in June.
Production company Cineflex is seeking sizable, one-of-a-kind collections throughout the state. Wolfe and Fritz specialize in bicycles, motorcycles, toys, advertising and military items.
If you're the caretaker of a treasure trove, send your name, phone number, location and description of the collection with photos to americanpickers@cineflex.com or call (855) 653-7878.
"American Pickers," now in its 17th season, airs 9 p.m. Mondays on cable TV network the History Channel.
The show's greatest Hoosier hits include:
>> A Ford Bronco U13 that Lafayette resident Dennis Clark sold to Wolfe for $30,000 in 2016.
>> A Willys Jeep station wagon that Yorkville residents John and Betty Middendorf sold to Wolfe for $6,000 in 2016.
>> An Indian Powerplus motorcycle frame that Beverly Shores resident Dennis Dambrauskas sold to Wolfe for $850 in 2015.
