FARMINGTON, CT — The safe deposit box formerly held by the late Fotis Dulos reportedly contained a Tiffany & Co. ring, a pair of luxury watches and other items, and his estranged mother-in-law wants those things for her grandchildren, write the Connecticut Post.

Attorneys for Gloria Farber, the mother of Jennifer Farber Dulos, have filed a motion in Farmington probate court to have the items turned over to Jennifer and Fotis Dulos' five children. Farber has been raising the children since Jennifer Dulos' disappearance on May 24, 2019.

Jennifer Dulos has not been seen since that date, and she is presumed to be dead. Her remains have not been found, and Fotis Dulos, her estranged husband, was accused of kidnapping and murdering her. He took his own life in January before he could stand trial.

The watches in the safe deposit box include a Rolex and Cartier, and a third unnamed watch. Also in the box were coins and crosses; the ring was once owned by Jennifer Dulos, according to Farber's lawyers.

WTNH-TV writes that Farber's attorneys claim that Fotis Dulos was keeping the items with the intention of gifting many of them to his children.

Christopher Hug, the attorney handling Fotis Dulos' estate, reportedly has not filed an inventory of the safe deposit box. He is seeking to have Jennifer Dulos officially declared dead to help move the probate case along and begin paying off the estate's creditors.

Though Fotis Dulos is dead, Michelle Troconis, his former girlfriend, and Kent Mawhinney, an attorney and friend of Fotis', are due back in court next month to face conspiracy to commit murder and related charges in connection with Jennifer Dulos' disappearance.
