Victims identified in Gulfport fatal wreck

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - The two people who died in a wreck on U.S. 49 at South Swan Road have been identified.
Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove said the victims were Ernestine Lee, 81, of Saucier, and Linda Dubose, 73, of Gulfport.
Hargrove said Lee was driving a Hyundai Sonata and wearing a seatbelt. Dubose, the passenger, was declared dead at the hospital.
Gulfport Police first responded to the area around 3 p.m. Wednesday, initially reporting serious injuries.
Hargrove also said the male driver of the pickup truck involved was taken to Garden Park Medical Center, where he is being treated for his injuries.
