This Saturday, Levitt Pavilion in Reservoir Park will be holding a free Reggae Festival. The fest will feature The Ark Band and Finks Constant. Columbus Ohio's The Ark Band has been playing since 1987. Harrisburg's own Finks Constant combines ska and reggae beats. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
