I just got through watching Tyler Florence's new cooking show on the Food Network and I loved it! He made delicious tacos out of a pot roast and also demonstrated the difference on how to grill a skirt steak (marinaded -vs- grilling and then applying a glaze). It was a very interesting show, here is the link to the page if you are interested:

Oh you are most welcome @Sooner and if I can vent a little bit I am very disappointed that FN did zip in terms of promoting this new show as far as I know as I was stunned when I looked up at the TV and saw his cute little face.
When I went to their website to investigate, again there was no indication of his new show and had to go to their daily show guide to find any information on it while (and no offense to her fans) Valerie Bertinelli is prominently displayed.
For me, this is why I am rather frustrated with FN these days . . .

@momtochloe Thanks for letting me know. Tyler is one of those who has very consistent and doable recipes.
And is easy to watch.
I'm glad he has a new cooking show. He was relegated to the game shows for a long time.

They need some new shows on that network. I don't mind Guy so much, but he's on 20 hours everyday. LOL

Thanks for the info mtc...
I have always enjoyed watching Tyler. He has a cool, calm voice and has a way about him that is most enjoyable to watch.

You are most welcome @Bellabutterfly! What I really enjoyed about his show was that it highlighted cooking techniques but not in a sing-song way if that makes sense. His demonstration of how to prepare/cook a skirt steak was really eye opening for me and I very much look forward to watching him next week . . .

Is it a new show or just a new episode? I watched it but thought it was just another show that is part of his Tyler Florence Test Kitchen series. I've seen some of these shows before but it has been awhile - not sure if on cooking channel or food network. Maybe they are testing some new episodes to see how popular it might be.
I thought the taco recipe looked good and if you changed some of the spices, you could do other tasty dishes following his basic technique for cooking the roast. I didn't care for the idea of adding olive oil to the avocado. I love basic quacamole and avocados by themselves and don't see any reason to add the extra oil and calories.

Even if Tyler's show was OLD, I would still watch it...
New or Old doesn't make a difference, just love that guy!

Thanks @momtochloe for the heads up... I really like Tyler's cooking style, I set my DVR to record his series.
