Bayard P.A. attorney Sara E. Bussiere was selected to participate in the 2019 Federal Trial Practice Seminar, an instructional program in which lawyers work with judges and legal practitioners to hone skills such as courtroom presentation and demeanor, opening statements, direct examination, cross examination and closing arguments.

The eight-week program is sponsored by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware chapter of the Federal Bar Society and involves eight selected participants who, at the end of the program, participate in a one-day mock trial.

Bussiere works in Bayard’s litigation department.

She focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Delaware Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
