K-LOVE Fan Awards: Lauren Daigle wins big

Christian music listeners have spoken, and they've made it clear that they really, really like Lauren Daigle.

The 24-year-old singer/songwriter earned top honors at Sunday night's K-LOVE Fan Awards, taking home awards for Artist of the Year and Female Artist of the Year. Other two-time winners included Danny Gokey (Male Artist of the Year, Breakout Single) and For King & Country (Group/Duo of the Year, Best Live Show).

Sunday night's show at the Grand Ole Opry House was co-hosted by TV anchor Elizabeth Hasselbeck and Christian music star Matthew West (who also took home a win for Best Lyric). The show opened with a surprise performance by NEEDTOBREATHE, along with tunes from TobyMac, Switchfoot, Crowder, Newsboys, and Big Daddy Weave.

The fan-voted awards ceremony is presented by Christian radio network K-LOVE, and Sunday's show capped off the fourth annual "K-LOVE Fan Awards Ultimate Fan Experience Weekend" in Nashville.
