Martone (Heiler, maiden-Davis), Sharon May Age 79, of Jackson, passed away February 13, 2016 at the Allegiance Hospice Home. She is survived by five children, Jerry Heiler Jr., Jeffrey Heiler, Jennifer (Dean) Vinlove, Julie (Bud Bristow) Howard and Jackie (Steve) Young, ten grandchildren, Tiffany, Tineile, Kellie, Serina, Deana, Joey, Erin, Nicholas, Matthew and Charles, fourteen great-grandchildren, Jake, Reese, Brayden, Holden, David, James, Kaitlyn, Charlotte, Wyatt, Levi, Brooks, Grayson, Emma and James, brother, Richard (Leah) Davis, two sisters, Joan (Al) Holliday and Sandra Langstaff, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pasquale 'Tony' Martone, great-granddaughter, Harper Ruth Greengo, and her parents, Archie and Marion (maiden-May) Davis. She retired from Jackson Community College after 28 years as secretary to the Dean, enjoyed bowling, puzzles, travelling and reading. Mrs. Martone has been cremated. A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at noon with Rev. Richard Brooks, Allegiance Hospice Chaplain officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. A luncheon will follow at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #3634, 302 Fifth Street, Michigan Center. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Allegiance Hospice Home.

I miss you more than you will ever know. It was always worth faking sick from school so that mom would drop me off at your house on the way to work and I could spend the day with you. Those days filled with Judge Judy, haagen dazs ice cream, and many laughs and life lessons will forever be some of my most cherished memories. I love you Grandma.

I worked with Sharon my two years at JCC. 1977/78.Her daughter joined the Army and hearing her talk about it, well I enlisted also. Nicest person you could ever meet. So sorry.
