With the NFL playing five games internationally this season, at least one former NFL player thinks the league should look north to Canada when considering new cities to move into.
Former Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden, who was in London with his old team last week, says he "would love" if the NFL set up shop in Toronto, with the relocation of a nearby team his preference.
"The Bills, go to Toronto please," the Hall of Famer told DAZN. "I just think Toronto, in particular, would be a really good spot for an NFL team. Hopefully that's the place they look next."
Seven NFL games have been held in Toronto, the most recent a 2013 matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Atlanta Falcons, which the Bills lost 34-31 in overtime. A contract to play four more games there was scrapped after the Bills were sold to Terry and Kim Pegula in September 2014.

Before watching the Ravens lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium, Ogden also expressed an affinity for the British capital while also noting the logistical challenges that would accompany a permanent team in that city.
"London, I dont know," Ogden said when asked about the possibility of an NFL franchise in the UK. "That's just a really tough trip with the time difference."
However, the 43-year-old reiterated that London is a "fantastic city" to visit. He added Canada as one of his preferred destinations.
"I've been to Canada several times, Vancouver and Toronto, and I love those cities."
