Easter Sunday is one of the two biggest days on the brunching calendar. Thousands of you will pack up the extended family and head for a restaurant, heaping your plates with dozens of assorted goodies (or, more sedately, munching leisurely through a multiple-course meal).

The least we can do is detail your options.

Last week we told you about brunching in the city; this week, we bring you Part 2, which focuses on the suburbs. The following four-page pullout lists suburban brunch spots in a handy format that`s easy to save. Which is a good idea, because we`re not repeating this information for Mother`s Day (the second of the two biggest days on the brunching calendar).

There are a couple of general differences between city and suburban brunch spots. In the suburbs, parking is invariably free and plentiful. In Chicago, upper-level restaurants offer good to spectacular cityscape views; in the suburbs, views tend to be the landscaped grounds of the restaurant`s own property (the verdant views get much better in about a month).

And while a number of downtown restaurants have a certain cachet (and deservedly so) to their brunches, the truth is that you can find the same variety, quality and sophistication in the best suburban brunches, too.

Enjoy.

Brunch listings include the parking options at the restaurant, wheelchair accessibility (if available), reservations policy and credit cards accepted. Credit cards are listed according to the following code: A, American Express; C, Carte Blanche; D, Discover; DC, Diners Club; M, MasterCard; V, Visa.
