Woman dies after being thrown from car in crash

RIPLEY COUNTY, MO (KAIT) - A Naylor, Missouri woman was killed in a crash when her vehicle overturned.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Katina Taylor, 45, was driving west on Missouri 142 in Ripley County.

She then ran off the road and overturned around 2:20 p.m. Wednesday.

The crash threw Taylor from the vehicle and a coroner pronounced her dead at the scene at around 2:45 p.m.

The report states she didn't have a seatbelt on.

The woman's vehicle was totaled in the crash.
