Aston Martin unveils its stunning £38million Miami apartments – with two cinemas, infinity pool, virtual golf and art gallery
Incredible waterfront skyscraper boasts nearly 400 flats starting at £450,000 up to £38m for the penthouse. Luxury flats include 24-hour valet service, boxing gym, a spa and barbers - and even an exclusive yacht marina
THE super-rich can live out their James Bond fantasies in the new luxury Aston Martin apartments.
The stunning Miami waterfront skyscraper will let buyers get a taste of the 007 lifestyle.
The 66-floor tower, developed by the iconic British maker, comes with a cinema, gym, spa and rooftop infinity pool.
And there's even an Aston Martin supercar parked in the foyer.
The only thing missing are a few bikini-clad Bond girls but you probably won't have trouble finding some willing volunteers on the beachfront.
Prices for one of the 391 spots in the Aston Martin Residencies start at £450,000 - rising to £38million for the priciest penthouse.
The Biscayne Bay development - due for completion in 2021 - will actually have SEVEN penthouses and one "triplex" penthouse all with private pools and views over the marina and Atlantic Ocean.
If you can only afford one of the "cheaper" one to five bedroom apartments you still get use of the four floors of luxury services.
The Sky Amenities offers a two-storey fitness centre overlooking the ocean including a spinning studio, boxing gym and virtual golf room.
There are also two cinemas, a full spa, 24-hour butler service, beauty salon and barber shop.
And if you're feeling a bit cultural you can relax in the on-site art gallery.
The building, designed to look like a sail, also gets direct access to the Miami harbour with an exclusive yacht marina.
The interiors of the apartments have been designed by chief creative officer Marek Reichman - the man behind James Bond's last car: the DB10.
Carbon fibre furniture, Aston Martin door handles, number plate plinths and leather door tabs will run throughout.
And if you want something a little bit more personal you can get Marek and his team to draw you up a unique interior.
The multi-million pound flats are the latest project from Aston Martin to sit alongside its supercars, luxury yachts and submarines.
Simon Sproule, Aston Martin vice president and chief marketing officer, said: “Aston Martin is on a growth trajectory globally and across the United States.
"Our partnership with G&G Business Developments to create Aston Martin Residences Miami, forms an important part of that growth story and of our desire to bring our brand to new audiences across the world."
