TITIAN BOY is a horses for courses selection given how well he usually runs around here.

We’ll ignore his comeback run when he was well off the pace because he made a mistake that knocked the stuffing out of him. He’s normally sound enough at the obstacles and has dropped to just 5lb above his most recent win, which came in this race 12 months ago.

CATCHTHEMOONLIGHT has looked more than a little rusty on his two runs this season but took a step forward when a close third at Carlisle nine days ago.

That should have blown away the cobwebs and he is racing from a very fair mark.

MUMGOS DEBUT is a frustrating horse because he has plenty of talent but is hard to catch right.

He has been given a nice little rest since his run here early last month and that could make all the difference. This trip suits as does testing ground and he’s dropped below his last winning mark.

TEDDY TEE jumped really well sent back over fences at Hexham last time and was a good third despite coming back from a long absence.

He likes it here and has every chance of scoring from the same handicap mark.

INDIAN HARBOUR put in his best race to date when third here in similar conditions in April.

He comes from a good jumping family and has been backed each time he’s run — so a market move today on this debut for a new trainer would be significant.
