Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said she “loved” Mexican music legend Vicente Fernandez’s corrido in support of her campaign.

“El Gordo y La Flaca” TV show co-host Lili Estéfan on her social media pages posted a brief video of Clinton and Fernandez hugging backstage after Wednesday’s debate in Las Vegas.

“It’s so wonderful you’re here,” Clinton tells Fernandez, who penned a Spanish-language ballad, “El Corrido de Hillary Clinton,” as part of the Latino Victory Project. The initiative seeks to increase political participation and empowerment among Hispanics.

“I loved your song. Oh my God,” Clinton tells Fernandez, adding that four million people have watched the video.

“The next president,” Fernandez said.

“Thank you for your help in doing that,” Clinton replied.

Clinton then introduces him to President Bill Clinton and greets others in the crowd.

The video, which states it was not authorized by the Clinton campaign, shows Fernandez in his traditional mariachi outfit singing to the popular "Los Mandados." The song tells the story of an undocumented Mexican immigrant who has crossed the border and has been deported hundreds of times.
