DSM: 185 million euro share buyback.

(CercleFinance.com) - Royal DSM announced on Monday a share repurchase program of about 185 million euros, which it said will cover existing stock option plans and stock dividend.


The Dutch supplements maker intends to repurchase 2,900,000 ordinary shares, as from 13 March, which it intends to continue into the third-quarter.

In all, approximately 1.6% of its ordinary shares should be repurchased.

The announcement didn't boost DSM stock today on Euronext Amsterdam, with the shares being down 0.3% at 63.2 euros.
