Virat, me dating? I hardly know him: Sarah Jane Dias

From modelling to a successful VJ and now an actor, Bangalore girl Sarah Jane Dias has come a long way in tinseltown.
This leggy lass was in Ahmedabad for a promotional trip and like all ‘visiting’ celebs, she too was longing to gorge on Gujarati thaali although she complains, “I have not got to explore much of this beautiful city in any of my trips.”
She looked attractive in a maxi dress with minimal make-up, as we ask her about her transition from a model to Miss India to a VJ and now an actor, she says, “I feel I’m truly blessed.Meeting right people at right time is what makes the difference and I’ve been lucky to have been there and done that. I think god loves me a lot.” Ask her about her experience in her debut film and she gushes, “It was a challenge to play a bar-dancer. And what more could I ask than have Abhishek Bachchan as my co-actor. The film flopped, but I was appreciated and that boosted my confidence.”
What’s next for Sarah in B-Town? “Kyaa Super Cool Hain Hum should release in August. I have done a serious role in my debut, so I wanted to explore a comedy film and KSCHH will help prove my versatility as an actor.”
Busybee Sarah says, “acting and singing are keeping me busy. Apart from that fashion is something that interests me the most. I always stay updated with current fashion trends and love to carry myself in a fashionable way. I also handle two business ventures. I like to be super busy!”
Ask Sarah about the talks of her alleged link up with Virat Kohli, and she says, “I don’t understand where these rumours come from. I’ve never met Virat. I’ve met Yuvraj (Singh), Gautam Gambhir and few other cricketers but I have not been with Virat even at a party too. And then I get to hear is I’ve been dating him, going for long drives et al.” She goes on to add, “When you’re under a constant media scanning, such rumours are bound to pop up. Initially it used to affect me a lot, but now I have stopped reacting.” Is there someone special in her life? “Well, I’m single. An understanding and caring man who accepts me the way I’m is on my list of must-have.”
