It’s only right that a member of the Fast and Furious cast visit Abu Dhabi during the Grand Prix. And who better for the job than UAE-crazed Tyrese Gibson? The actor-singer is returning this weekend to our neck of the woods for a few days in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including a stop at The Rich List night at Rush, Yas Viceroy on Friday, November 21.
“Leaving LA, 3pm flight, wheels up. Dubai, see you shortly! I’m there tonight,” he wrote on his Twitter on Tuesday.
At The Rich List, he will be joined by DJ Bliss, Master Stepz and Nickie Cartel. On Saturday, the same venue will host the likes of Mr Mr and Natalie Brogan.
“Alright. I’m on my way to Dubai. UAE, Formula 1. I have to travel in style, you know what I’m saying?” Gibson said in one of three videos he posted to Facebook. In it, he was wearing a dishdasha and had his head wrapped in a scarf.
Gibson is a regular visitor to the country, having filmed parts of Fast and Furious 7 in Abu Dhabi and partied at The Act in Shangri-La Hotel for his birthday last December.
