A vodka vending machine in the town center of Melitopol, Ukraine, and the city's tax inspectors are not amused.

Authorities are investigating how a coffee vending machine ended up converted to dispense vodka and fruit juice mixers. The machine accepted coins and banknotes, and charged $1 for a shot of vodka.
