Man Charged for Waving Kitchen Knife at Charlestown Woman, Was Passenger in Car of Alleged Boston Cop Shooter

He is ordered to return to court in April.

A Roxbury man was held on $30,000 cash bail Monday and is ordered to return to court on April 29.

Jonathan Aguasvivas, 22, is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property for allegedly waving a kitchen knife at a 24-year-old Charlestown woman and breaking some of her electronics equipment in an apparent act of domestic violence on March 24, according to a recent press release.

Aguasvivas was a passenger in the vehicle driven by the man believed to have shot a Boston Police officer during a Humboldt Avenue traffic stop.
