A former law firm for the Wayans brothers thinks there’s nothing funny about their unpaid legal bills.

S&E Azriliant says in documents filed in Manhattan Supreme Court that Shawn and Keenen Ivory Wayans owe more than $60,000 for services starting in 2005.

The duo known for slapstick comedies like “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka” and “White Chicks” used the Midtown firm for managing taxes and creation of corporations, according to documents.

The firm says the funnymen have dodged payment since 2008 and asks a judge to force them to cough up the cash, plus interest.
