Peter J. Shields, 57, of Glenmoore, a business developer

 Born in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, Mr. Shields was known as "Roxborough Pete," his daughter said. His parents were Peter F. and Geraldine R. McMahon Shields. Mr. Shields graduated in 1978 from Roman Catholic High School and studied for a year at Montgomery County Community College.
