Police say four people responsible for the death of 18 year old Brando Walker, but one man, Jamison Childress was shot and killed Thursday trying to cross into the United States.

21 year old Chad Gosselin is charged with accessory to commit murder, a 15 year old male is charged with second degree murder and 20 year old Dylan Cameron is charged with manslaughter.

RCMP say Walker was killed in a home in Saddleridge, in NE Calgary.

His partially burned body was then dumped on the Tsuu T’ina Nation where it was found March 7 by a couple of fisherman near the Weaselhead Bridge.

Constable Jason Curtis with the RCMP says this is a complex investigation that is not over yet.

“We are not closed to the possibility that others are involved,” said Curtis.

Cheyenne Lalonde was a close friend of Walker’s and she saw him just two days before he went missing.

“Now that we have a more clearer picture our grieving process has started for a lot of his family and friends, now that those have been arrested, “ said Lalonde.

Those who knew Jamison Childress are also shedding more light into his background.

They say Childress was part of a local gang known as the Juggalo’s, a group known to idolize the band Insane Clown Posse.

Rowan Evans says she used to be a part of the Juggalo’s.

“They’re labelled as a gang, known as a family and one of the many things they’re known for is carrying hatchets on them,” said Evans.

Police aren’t saying anything about Childress being connected to a gang, but U-S authorities did say they found a hatchet in his backpack after he died.

The three other accused will make separate court appearances this week and friends of Brando Walker say they plan to attend.
