College Admissions Scandal Update: Lori Loughlin's Daughter Reappears After Hallmark Star's Guilty Plea

On May 22, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli appeared before federal Judge Nathaniel Gorton as they pleaded guilty to various charges surrounding the Rick Singer-led college admissions scam. During the pre-sentencing, their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, were not present. However, the popular YouTuber has since reappeared on her social media following the "Fuller House" star's court date.

According to ET Canada, Olivia posted two things on Monday following her parents' guilty pleas. First, she shared a post that was an ad for Kim Kardashian-West's SKIMS line, which was then followed by a picture that honored Memorial Day.

While this was the first time that Olivia has posted on her social media following Loughlin's court date, it has not been the only time she has been seen following the admissions scandal. Previously, she had made an unexpected appearance leading up to the Hallmark star's recent court date. At that time, some speculated that the short clip could have been scripted due to the fact that some topics were "off-limits." As a result of her activity, reports also surfaced that indicated that the "When Calls the Heart" actress saw the move as a "big betrayal."

Additionally, she had also made several "carefree" decisions and posted various clips with a certain guest as Loughlin readied for her court date.

As for Loughlin herself, in 2019, both she and Giannulli were charged with mail and wire fraud, honest services mail and wire fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery. At that time, they had been accused of paying William "Rick" Singer $500,000 so that Olivia and Isabella could attend the University of Southern California (USC).

Leading up to her guilty plea, it was said that she only had one chance to beat the charges and that her defense could have potentially benefited from an unexpected witness had her October trial taken place. However, she opted to instead plead guilty, which could now result in a "unique" outcome. Following Loughlin's latest decision, experts have also taken a closer look at her case and advised her to take a certain step following her prison sentence.

Loughlin will return to court on August 21 to learn her official sentence pertaining to the Singer-led admissions scam.
