Iowa pipeline protesters arrested

Nineteen protesters were arrested Saturday in Pilot Mound, Iowa, demonstrating against the Bakken oil pipeline.

Boone County deputies took them into custody for blocking construction vehicles trying to get to the site. The protesters said stopping the pipeline is worth the risk.

Once finished, the pipeline would carry oil from North Dakota to Illinois, passing through South Dakota and 18 Iowa counties.
