ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI)- What started as a Facebook post led to a heart wrenching liberation of a group of dogs. After seeing the post, Randy Grim and his team from Stray Rescue of St. Louis traveled to Irondale, MO. to rescue the 18 sick and emaciated dogs.
All of the animals rescued from Irondale are now on the road to recovery, but they need your help according to Grim. Stray Rescue will be hosting a rescue benefit at the Moto Museum to raise funds for the medical care and rehabilitation of the Irondale dogs.
Grim stopped by the Fox 2 studio this morning with several of the recovering dogs to talk about the conditions they found the animals in, and why they need your help to offset medical costs.
