The Seahawks flew to Hawaii for a bit of offseason training this week and a bit of team bonding as well it appears on Russell Wilson’s Instagram.

The quarterback posted videos of hula dancing and singing on stage with many of his teammates including Richard Sherman, Will Blackmon, Demetrius Bronson and Kam Chancellor.
