I would like to thank everyone who has prayed and supported Bailey and his family!! Bailey has been the strongest toughest boy I know. He has faught this battle long and hard. There just wasn't a way to fix this. I wish I could say he will get better but I can't. Bailey has gone to be with god today :( I love you Jina Risoldi with all my heart and I will help you through this. Bailey I love you!!! Please keep Baileys family in your prayers!!!

Bailey suffered a concussion and a broken nose in January when two classmates from Darby Township School jumped him in a schoolyard fight. He began to suffer seizures the next day, resulting in doctors at A.I. duPont Hospital for Children placing him in a medically induced coma.

He also contracted pneumonia and had to undergo a blood transfusion.

The two students who beat up Bailey were suspended for two days, although police have yet to say if they will face criminal charges.

Jack Whelan, the district attorney for Delaware County told NBC the investigation to determine if Bailey's seizures were caused by the fight.

"We can assure them that we are going to continue with our investigation," Whelan said.

But the boy's grandmother, Joy Fecanin, says she's running out of patience.

"I would like to see these kids punished," Fecanin said. "I don't know what's taking them so long."
