MORRISANIA, The Bronx — A man is wanted for allegedly breaking into a Bronx car wash and stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and cash in two separate incidents.

On Oct. 2 around midnight, the thief broke into car wash located between Third Avenue and E. 167th Street through the rear door and took a undetermined amount of cash. He then fled the area, police said.

Four days later on Oct. 6 the thief broke into the car wash again, damaged a side window and took more than $2,000 worth of merchandise before fleeing the business.

The thief was seen on store surveillance rummaging through the cash register and items.

He was last seen wearing a black “New Orleans Saints” baseball cap with a gold brim, black long-sleeved sweatshirt, blue jeans, black sneakers and a royal blue Kansas City Royals baseball jersey with “Miranda #5” written on the back.
