When is Partners In Rhyme on BBC One and what's the concept?

Partners In Rhyme is a new family teatime BBC game show.

The show finishes TONIGHT (23 December) at 5.10pm.

The contestants on the shows will be celebrities and familiar telly faces. Tonight's guests are Kimberley Walsh, chef Ainsley Harriott, former EastEnders and Coronation Street actress Michelle Collins, and Outnumbered star Tyger Drew-Honey.

As its title suggests, all the comedy rounds on the show are based on rhymes - and they offer a lot of "great play along" opportunities for viewers.

Who hosts Partners In Rhyme and can I be on it?

The show is hosted by Strictly's Len Goodman, the veteran dancer and judge who retired at the end of the last series.

On Strictly, the 73-year-old was known for his rhyming comments like "It's a ten from Len!", which is what inspired presenter Matt Edmondson's game show concept.

Len said of his new venture "I am really looking forward to welcoming some familiar faces like Oti and Ore to the Partners in Rhyme studio and I am also excited to be making some new friends like Gareth Malone, Nina Wadia and Hal Cruttenden.

"Who will be poetry in motion and who will cower at the couplets? Let the rhyming commence!"

Creator Edmondson added: "It's the sort of show that I hope will have families screaming at the TV as they try and make sense of pigs in wigs, flowers with superpowers and Lorraine Kelly making jelly!"

You must be 18 or over to be in the audience and the show is being filmed in Glasgow.
