Ferne McCann reveals Charlotte Crosby gave her advice before she went under the knife for her nose job
The former Towie star says she had a long chat with the Geordie lass
FERNE McCann has revealed that fellow reality star Charlotte Crosby gave her some helpful advice when she was considering going under the knife.
The former Towie babe yesterday unveiled her new nose following a cosmetic procedure that she underwent and had wanted for years.
But she told Ok! magazine that she had a chat with the former Geordie Shore star before having her nose job, she said: “I had a long chat with her after she had her nose done.
“She told me the procedure was pretty pain-free and talked me through exactly what happened.
“It put my mind at rest.”
Charlotte famously had her nose corrected last year.
Ferne revealed the results of her secret nose job live on yesterday’s episode of This Morning.
The showbiz reporter, 26, underwent surgery after years of battling both cruel taunts from Twitter trolls and her own insecurities.
Showing off her new nose, she revealed: “It is subtle and I wanted it to be subtle.
“I didn’t want it to change my whole face… I didn’t want it to look different.”

Discussing her reasons for having the op, Ferne explained: “I’m not getting it done because I want to get closer to being beautiful. It’s not about that.
“It’s just something that I don’t like, and every day I look in the mirror, it knocks my confidence.”
“There’ll be a lot of people that understand why I’m doing it and a lot of people that won’t.
“I don’t want to upset my mum and that’s what makes me really emotional… but she really understands now.”
Ferne’s mother, Gill, who was there throughout the surgery added: “All I ever want as a mummy is for Ferne to enjoy life to the fullest…“And if that meant changing her nose, then so be it.
“I really, really, admire and support her for going through with this.”
In 2015, the former Towie star revealed the negative comments she receives since finding fame often reduce her to tears.
She admitted: “Since I’ve been in the public eye, people have made such horrific comments about my looks. I don’t know why they do it.
“Some of the nasty things they’ve said has brought me to tears. It’s really horrible and I think people need to be aware that it’s not okay.
“I am thick skinned but trolling isn’t something you ever get used to.”
