Texhoma woman killed in Tuesday morning wreck

TEXHOMA — An 18-year-old woman died after a Tuesday morning wreck along a Texas County highway, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 6:30 a.m., Brittany Anne Lage, of Texhoma, was driving a car south on State Highway 95, about 12 miles north and one mile west of Texhoma. The car left the road, struck a concrete column and flipped, troopers said.

Lage, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to a Kansas hospital, where she died. A 3-year-old boy passenger in the car was not injured, the patrol reported.
