The home side kicked the first goal of the game via former Docker Tyrone Morrison, but Burnie managed the next 13 as they got to within a game of ladder-leader Ulverstone on the ladder.
Promising young key-forward Jack McCulloch kicked four, as did Kyle Harman, with Rudy Barrett, Brodie Knight and Brayden Hayes also putting in strong games.
