His wife, Bailey, has not spoken out about the rumors yet, but she did imply on Twitter that she does not expect Thomas to be going anywhere. She even urged her followers to book them for any upcoming events they might be hosting.

According to Hip Hollywood Wednesday, Thomas was taken into custody in Atlanta and Nida is the one to blame. Before Nida checked into his eight-year fraud sentence, he wore a wire that somehow outed Thomas on his own activities that he has done that lead to his arrest. The site also reported that the friction will be a major storyline for the upcoming and highly anticipated season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Just before Nida was sentenced back in July, he slammed Thomas for assuming he would be going to jail, before it was determined that Nida would be getting prison time.

Nida said, "At this time, I don't have time to waste to get into what he was saying. I didn't really think he would count me out like that. I haven't even been sentenced yet. I talk to him. I just didn't think he would have anything to say. I guess it doesn't surprise me."

Nida is currently serving eight years in federal prison. He pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud earlier this year.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns Nov. 9 at 8/7c on Bravo.
