Continental Resources, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, priced its initial public offering late Monday at $15 per share, below the expected range of $16 to $18. The company sold 8.85 million new shares and Harold G. Hamm, its chairman, sold 20.65 million of his shares in the offering, according to the prospectus.
