DC woman missing since July, last seen in Northeast police say

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Police in DC are asking for the public's help in locating a critical missing 37-year-old woman who has not been seen in five months.

Officials say they're looking for 37-year-old Latrice Nelson, who was reportedly last seen in the 600 block of Edgewood Street on July 16.

Investigators say Nelson's disappearance was not reported until Sept. 5.

Police say Nelson has a medium complexion, is five-foot-four-inches tall, weighs 140 pounds. They say she has brown eyes and her hair is in long braids.

There are no details about the clothing she was last seen wearing.
