Water line break over the weekend causes boil water advisory

Ohio County Water District announced a boil water advisory after a water line broke early Saturday.

The water district had a 12-inch-line blow out on Flint Springs Road in Ohio County.

Officials say the water line is fixed but they're advising people to boil their water until all lines are flushed and the right sampling results come out.

Flint Springs, Fordsville, Askins, Olaton, Baizetown, and Horsebranch are under the advisory until further notice.

They say the advisory will be lifted no earlier than Wednesday.
