No injuries after semi-truck vs. motorcycle collision

First responders arrived at the scene of an accident involving a semi-truck and a motorcycle to find that the motorcycle had become partially wedged under the cab of the truck.

The accident occurred around 1 p.m. on Cumberland Trace Road on Thursday.

After medical teams verified that neither driver was seriously injured, the concern became the diesel fuel leaking from the semi-truck.

Crews from Bowling Green Fire Department covered the diesel leak with dirt from the nearby construction site and were able to contain the leak.

Miraculously, the driver of the motorcycle walked away from the accident with no injuries, police say.
