An investor bought Uptown Center, a 22,816-square-foot retail property at 613 and 617 Uptown Boulevard in Cedar Hill. Constructed in 2005, the property consists of two multi-tenant buildings on 2.7 acres. Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Good Faith Energy acquired a 10,400-square-foot industrial property at 13720 Diplomat Drive in Farmers Branch. Cole Collins of Newmark Knight Frank brokered the sale with Adam Curran of Cushman & Wakefield.

Keller Marketplace II, a 12,352-square-foot retail center on Keller Parkway in Keller, has sold to a North Texas investor. Tenants in the property include Verizon, Firehouse Subs, PPG Paints, Cherry Berry Yogurt, Lash Lounge, Row House and Stretch Lab. Tommy Tucker, Alex Housewright and Cameron Burk of Shop Cos. brokered the sale.

Tuesday Real Estate LLC acquired a 7.14-acre plot of land at 2525 Motor City Blvd. in Dallas. Dan Cook and Mark Becker of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale by Werner Trucking Inc.

Grand Central Crossing, a 7,556-square-foot retail center near State Highway 161 and Arkansas Lane in Grand Prairie, has sold to a North Texas investor. Tenants in the property include Jimmy John’s, Supercuts, Wingstop and Pacific Dental. Tommy Tucker, Alex Housewright and Cameron Burk of Shop Cos. brokered the sale.

A New York trust purchased a 75,570-square-foot retail center at Interstate 35E and Lillian Miller Parkway in Denton. The property is fully leased to tenants including Planet Fitness, Altitude Trampoline Park and Dirt Cheap. Tim Axilrod of Shop Cos brokered the sale.

Mallory Alexander signed a 252,833-square-foot industrial lease in Turnpike Distribution Center 4 at 2150 French Settlement Road in Dallas. Dan Cook and Mark Becker of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Carter Crow of Younger Partners.

TripActions, a California-based travel company, leased 88,290 square feet of office space at Renaissance Tower at 1201 Elm Street in downtown Dallas. The company will occupy the top three floors of the 56-story building. Clay Gilbert, Dennis Barnes and Ben Davis of CBRE negotiated the leas with Whitebox Real Estate.

Masonite International Corp. signed a 48,100-square-foot industrial lease in Great Southwest 56 at 3709 E. Randol Mill Road in Arlington. Dan Cook and Mark Becker of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Steve Koldyke, Brian Gilchrist and Kacy Jones of CBRE.

Alliance Communication Cables Inc. signed a 35,404-square-foot industrial lease in First Garland Business Park at 3901 W. Miller Road in Garland. Rick Hughes and David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn Co.

Planet Granite, a 37,000-square-foot athletic center with a rock climbing gym, yoga studio and outdoor fitness area operated by El Cap Corp., leased space in The Hill mixed-use project at North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane. Planet Granite will be located in the former Treehouse space. Other new retail tenants set to open this year in the project include the Hello Dumpling restaurant, Hiatus Spa + Retreat and Keller Williams Real Estate.

Contract Datascan LP signed a 34,560-square-foot lease in Frankford Trade Center 12 at 2941 Trade Center Drive in Carrollton. Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Mitch Pruitt with Prologis.

Freestyle Brands leased 16,178 square feet of industrial space at 2701 E. State Highway 121 in Lewisville. Reed A. Parker of Lee & Associates D/FW negotiated the lease with Blake Kendrick and Eric Crutchfield of Stream Realty Partners.

DoctorLogic signed a 12,013-square-foot sublease at 6509 Windcrest in Plano. Scott Hage of JLL negotiated the lease with Charlie Beck and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield.

Corporate Fitness Solutions LLC signed an 8,425-square-foot office sublease at 4950 Keller Springs Road in Addison. Adam Curran of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease.

Pearson Adair & Co. LLC signed a 5,913-square-foot office lease in Frisco Bridges at 2600 N. Dallas Pkwy. in Plano. Tom Sutherland, Ryan Hoopes and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Lincoln Property Co.’s Chris Axley.

Australia-based Aurora Labs Ltd. leased a 4,112-square-foot Allen office for its first U.S. location. The company’s new office is in Tech Center on Greenville III, 714 S. Greenville Ave. in Allen. Brendan Zrowka of Whitebox Real Estate negotiated the lease with Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates.

Two Maids & a Mop leased a 2,300-square-foot space at 8737 King George Drive in Dallas. Brandon Avedikian and Mason Pritcher of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Allyson Yost of Colliers International.
