Game. Set. Match made in heaven.
Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and former Knicks forward David Lee are engaged, the athletes announced in a pair of Instagram posts.
“Happiest day of my life yesterday saying yes to my soulmate,” Wozniacki captioned a photo of her mammoth new engagement ring resting on her finger.
The proposal went down in Bora Bora, days after Wozniacki defeated Venus Williams to clinch the WTA Finals in Singapore.
Wozniacki, 27, and Lee, 34, were first romantically linked a little under a year ago, and they’ve frequently shared social media posts featuring the other in recent months.
It’s the second engagement to a fellow athlete for Wozniacki, who was previously engaged to golfer Rory McIlroy before calling off the wedding in 2014 shortly after sending out invitations.
Lee spent the first five years of his NBA career with the Knicks between 2005 and 2010, averaging a double-double in three of those seasons. He won a championship with the Golden State Warriors in 2015.
Lee, who has played 12 NBA seasons overall, spent last year with the San Antonio Spurs but is currently a free agent.
