City employee earns arborist certification

Greg Malsom of Aberdeen recently completed the certified arborist examination administered through the South Dakota Arborists Association.

Malsom is a 2019 graduate of Northern State University and works in the forestry division for the city. The purpose of the certification program is to advance the level of knowledge and standard of practice within the tree-care profession.
