Martha Stewart has beef with Jack in the Box.
In a Super Bowl commercial for the fast food burger joint, Stewart unveils a “beautiful Banh Mi-inspired fried chicken sandwich” on the set of her mock show, “Martha Stewart Live.”
“You’d never find this at a fast food restaurant,” she says. “It’s a good thing.”
When Jack Box, who just happened to be in the studio, takes offense at Stewart’s insult, he challenges her to try Jack in the Box’s own Asian friend chicken sandwich.
“What, are you afraid somebody in the fast food world is gonna show you up?” he says.
The two scuffle a bit — Stewart even takes off her earrings for the fight — before the mascot threatens to take the battle offline.
Jack in the Box has already teased that the TV icon and the mascot will, in fact, continue their battle on social media, using the hashtag #JackVsMartha, leading up to Sunday’s game.
