Crash Bandicoot goes mobile: Fans can now pre-register for the new videogame

In Crash Bandicoot: On The Run!, video game fans will immediately recognize regions from previous Crash Bandicoot games, such as Temple Ruins, Turtle Woods, Bear It and more.

The late '90s icon "Crash Bandocoot" will not be bound by a gaming console anymore.

Gamers can pre-register to play "Crash Bandicoot: On The Run!" on their phones.

The mobile video game is available on the Google Play Store or on www.CrashOnTheRun.com. The game is only available for pre-registration on Android.

King, the game’s development company, said it would be available for iOS soon, but did not specify a date.

“Drawing inspiration from Crash’s vibrant history we plan to bring back classic characters, bosses, enemies and lands and wrap them in a brand new adventure for gamers to play on the go,” said Stephen Jarrett, vice president of Game Design at King, and creative lead on the mobile game.
