Public safety: Officer arrests wrong-way driver on warrant

» At 11:16 p.m. Saturday, police arrested a man on suspicion of two counts of disorderly conduct as a domestic violence incident. Officers booked the man and released him after he posted bond. 

» At 11:16 p.m. Saturday, an officer arrested a 24-year-old Medford woman on suspicion of drunken driving and marijuana possession near the intersection of west Arnold Street and St. Joseph Avenue.

» At 8:15 p.m. Sunday, police arrested a 39-year-old Marshfield man on suspicion of violating the conditions of his bond in the 200 block of South Central Avenue. A caller had reported the man walking as if impaired. 

» At 7:12 a.m. Sunday, police arrested a male on suspicion of drunken driving, marijuana possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia possession in the 2400 block of East Fifth Street. Police arrested the man's passenger on suspicion of marijuana possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia possession. Police released both males to their parents. 

» At 2 p.m. Friday, police responded to a home in the 800 block of West North Street to help with a medical emergency. While at a home, the officers found marijuana. 

» At 5:06 p.m. Friday, an officer stopped a man driving on the left side of the road on Central Avenue during rush hour. The officer arrested the man on a Marathon County warrant. The officer found marijuana on the man. 

» At 4:14 p.m. Friday, a Marshfield woman reported her teenage son had called her and taunted her about a charge against the woman's husband being dropped. A judge had ordered the woman's husband not to contact her, and she believed her husband put their son up to calling her. The woman's husband said he knew nothing about the call and was in jail at the time it was made. 

» At 8:34 p.m. Saturday, a Marshfield man reported someone stole a bicycle from the 900 block of South Maple Avenue. 

» On Saturday, police arrested a 33-year-old Neillsville man on a Clark County warrant. Officers released the man after he posted a $534 bond. 

» On Saturday, police arrested a 21-year-old Marshfield man on a suspected probation violation in the 1300 block of East Blodgettt Street. 

» At 2:57 p.m. Friday, a Marshfield woman reported someone stole a cellphone from the 700 block of South Vine Avenue. 

» At 6:41 p.m. Friday, a Marshfield woman reported someone posted a home for rent on Craigslist. The poster had taken the information on a listing for a home that was for sale in Marshfield. The unauthorized person trying to rent out the property wanted $500 before the Marshfield woman looked at it. 

» At 1:35 p.m. Friday, a Marshfield woman reported someone in Westbury, New York, had made unauthorized charges totaling $78.27 on the Marshfield woman's child support debit card account. 

» On Friday, police arrested a 31-year-old Marshfield man on a Clark County warrant in the 1100 block of Vilas Street. Officers released the man after he posted a $250 bond.

» At 9:24 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested a man following a domestic disturbance in Nekoosa. 

» At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported someone stole three ladders from the 12000 block of Mill Creek Drive, Lincoln. 

» At 1:11 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a loud "bang" in the 300 block of Wood Avenue, Nekoosa. 

» At 2:48 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a traffic crash on State 73 South, near the Wisconsin River, Saratoga. 

» At 3:39 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a traffic crash in the 900 block of Wood County G, Port Edwards. 

» At 3:50 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported hay bales on fire in the 8000 block of Bethel Road, Richfield. 

» At 6:28 p.m. Sunday, an officer responded to a domestic disturbance at Nepco Lake, village of Port Edwards.
